Volunteer Requirements  

EPFSC is a 100% volunteer organization. Our volunteer requirement ensures we can support our figure skating community and continue offering opportunities and events each year. Every member family plays a role in sustaining an organization that has developed skaters of all levels for over 40 years.

Starting in the second membership year, each family must earn volunteer credits based on their membership level. Home club members are required to complete 12 credits per year, while junior club members must complete 6 credits. Families with multiple skaters must earn full credits for the first skater and half for each additional skater. A database of volunteer roles and credits is available for annual sign-up.

Two credits must be completed during the Ice Show unless your skater does not participate.

A buyout fee applies if you choose not to volunteer. If you do not complete all required credits, the full buyout fee will be assessed at the end of the membership year.
